- Injury evidence is documented through pictures of wounds, videotapes of physical therapy and more.
- Medical records are obtained. Doctors are interviewed to assess the severity of injuries and the risk of complications.
- At this point, we generally file a lawsuit. Our standard procedure is to litigate at least through mediation. Many lawyers may try to settle without litigation, but you will frequently not get a full recovery without it.
- If that is unsuccessful and insurance companies refuse a fair offer, we will bring a case to court.
